Books On TV
The program is designed to prepare images of books for viewing on a TV (TV).
The program allows you to:
- save images of the text of books to format files.JPEG
- crop images.
- change text and background colors for better image perception and reduce eye fatigue.
Images of each book can be saved in a separate project. Each project contains the name and the name of the directory where the files are located. Image files can be saved to an external drive and opened on TV.
What book formats are supported?
Any book formats that can be viewed on a computer by flipping pages with the "Page Down" button. For example: HTML, DOCX, RTF, PDF, MOBI, FB2, EPUB, DJVU, TXT.
How does it work?
You need to open an e-book in a viewer:
DOCX, RTF - Microsoft Word, OpenOffice Writer
HTML, PDF - Edge, Firefox, Opera, Chrome
MOBI, FB2, EPUB - Calibre
DJVU - DjView
TXT - Notepad
Launch the Books on TV application. Create a new project and click the "Record" button. The programme window will minimise and start recording images. After recording, the images can be cropped and saved on an external disc or flash drive.
Where to look for images of the book?
Book images are stored in the folder that was specified when the project was created. To view its location, select the project and click the "Edit" button.
How do you crop images?
To crop images, they must be loaded from the project beforehand. To do this, select the project and click the "Load" button. (If you have just finished writing a book, there is no need to upload the images. They are already loaded.) Using the two orange markers, set the boundaries of the top left and bottom right corners of the image. Click the "Crop" button. The images will be cropped and saved in the project folder.
How do I burn book images to an external disk or flash drive?
To copy the book images to an external disk or flash drive, select the required projects and click the "Save" button.
